How is everyones diet/new year new you going? I am somehow going strong and if you're struggling for motivation as i do every day, just do it. I have scraped myself out of the house to do at least 40 minutes exercise a day and afterwood, no matter how lazy i felt vefore and how much i procrastinated. I felt a 100x better for doing something. Slowly but surely this will be a healthier year for me hopefully. Keep pushing everyone
