Well people of the lounge how’s your weekend started
Despite still having a chest infection I have done 7 miles and nearly 20,000 steps in the winter Algarve sun
Had great food
Swam in in the sea and even arranged a date for tomorrow evening
All in all a pretty epic Friday |

Not to bad got a delivery off clothes to day
Now just 21 hours to go till the real weekend starts
It’s been a hard 4 weeks withdrawals have been bad
Can’t wait for some glorious fights come tomorrow night |

"Went and paid a deposit for a tattoo sitting tomorrow. Thanks to a cancellation just jumped an 8 week waiting list!
Other than that I've lazed on the sofa like most Fridays!"
