See north tyneside TravelLodge have threatened legal action and issued warnings after porn film was identified as having been filmed in one of their rooms .

I think that's fair enough. If there is some amateur porn up on e.g. PH that is clearly filmed in a TravelLodge room, it would be strange of them not to take action.

Only term I see in the terms and conditions that would have been broken

Section 5 maximum occupancy per room

Section 5 Rooms

Maximum occupancy for rooms is:

• 2 adults, 2 children (under 16), 1 baby in cot (under 2 years of age); or

• 3 adults, 1 child, 1 baby in cot; or

• 2 adults and 2 babies in cots (as long as there is sufficient space in the

room).

There’s nothing on there terms and conditions about not being able to film or anything in they rooms

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales)

The news report I read said that some of the filming was done in public areas, albeit there was no other customer present.

It went on to say that the Ts&Cs include that rooms can't be used for commercial activity, ie, filming for profit.

All seems like a storm in a tea cup though. Perhaps the participants could have been just a little more discrete and this wouldn't be a story.
