Shower these days, but I like the occasional bath. If I do, I still have a quick rinse in the shower after though!

I love a long hot shower. I often spend way longer in there than I intended. But I do enjoy a soak in the bath after a really strenuous workout.

By myself? Shower

With someone else? Maybe a double ended slipper bath, lots of bubbles and a bottle of champagne?

A nice hot bubble bath cant beat them

Reply privately, Reply in forum +quote or View forums list

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

Ideally, having both options available would be the perfect situation.

As it stands, we only have a bath.

I take the point that a shower is more hygienic but it can't beat a wonderful, long, relaxing soak.

Shower, however, if I'm aching or just want to relax, then occasionally, I'll have long soak in the bath

Shower. Very occasionally a bath if I've overdone my muscles in the garden or whatever stupidity I've strained them on. I've learnt from pest stupidity, very very infrequent now.

"I'm in the bath now, I like the bath for a bit of pampering. Shower is the norm, though. "

Do you do that thing where, after getting in the bath and laying down, you find its a little too hot or cold, so you start turning the taps on and off with your feet?

No, I test first! But I like my bath on the hot side.

My skin don't float around ! It's like rinsing ur nix under running water or soaking them in a bowl! My bits need soaking! Not running under the water! When one of girls has used all hot water up and I have to shower I feel dirty still! Shall stick to my baths x

When I'm at the gym a shower suffices, but my personal preference, by far,is a hot bath followed by a superb shave of my face, and any other area that needs attention!
