"If I'm at home 4 or 5 times a day "
That's over brushing and can actually take off that enamel you want!
Twice and a little extra if I'm meeting a lucky lady |

"That seems a little extreme .
Once in the morning once in the evening for me .
Maybe after a steak/ chewy meal sometimes too. "
When I'm at work it's the morning and when I get home then bed time |

"Twice a day brushing.
I may clean in between my teeth and mouth wash, if needed again, during the day.
"
I love mouth wash but my dentist told me it sometimes does more harm than good? No idea why, maybe people were using whisky? |

Once a day for a prolonged period with an extra hard toothbrush and good toothpaste.
Sometimes more and I use mouth wash. I love the sting of Listerine.
I'm happy with my teeth because they're nice and white. I'm just sorry I didn't get white fillings when I was younger. The first ones I had were black in colour.
I wonder which brand of toothpaste are you all using.... |

Twice, once just before leaving the house in the morning and the other just before I go to bed .
I also floss in the morning and if I'm going on a date or meeting etc, I will brush them again as part of getting ready to go out. Usually I miss the night time clean then. |

"First thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Floss and rinse with mouthwash x"
Rinse is not good as you are washing all the good chemicals in the toothpaste just spit.
Rinse in-between is best. |

Twice a day, morning and night.
Depending what I've eaten or if I'm meeting up with somebody etc then there will be a clean before that.
If I have the opportunity, mouth wash an hour after brushing.
I floss, but I will admit not nearly everyday. |

Twice and floss at night (the latter some of the time anyway)- dentist tells me I'm looking after them well so that's plenty in my book. If I were going out at night, would brush then too. |

Twice, sometimes a third time before I go out/visit the dentist/eat something very sugary.
Always an electric toothbrush and floss, interdental brushes when I can. Hygienist cleans twice a year.
No fillings here, says the smug cow |

Normal 2 min brush morning and night but also a shorter 1 min brush after lunch and dinner as told to by my dentist. Because of medication I’m on is actually not helping damage from a previous medication. I’m on prescription high fluoride toothpaste too. |

Blimey didn't expect so many people to reply . After all I've read I might cut it down a bit. Twice a day on a work day then try only twice on a non work day ......depending on what I've eaten lol |

My teeth are sensitive enough so twice a day, floss and mouthwash that has fluoride and is alcohol-free. for meals, floss stick/toothpick and dental gum takes care for me.
Obviously if you have bridges, braces, veneers and lot of crowns, you might have to do more brushing.
Yes I brush my tongue. |

Hugs. I have a friend that pregnancy ruined her teeth. I didn't even know that was a thing until she mentioned it. |

Ask your dentist for advice. They will tell you what you need to do. My dentist told me to use especially a high fluoride mouthwash. Whereas some people don't need to use mouthwash at all. I also have a mouth guard because I've been grinding my teeth in my sleep. A but more cleaning I clean the teeth and the mouth guard. |

"morning and night, unless im about to have a tin of redbull.
So much sugar lol
Or is it caffeine "
its the Taste
Redbull does not have the redbull taste when you drink immediately or an hour after brushing teeth
the toothpaste has an effect on the taste |

I thankfully didn’t have problems when I was expecting but I was told to keep a good eye in case it started.
My dentist is great and she accommodated me having checkups every couple of months to be sure. |
