Recommended joining ThaiSwingers.com. I saw the recommendation in a forum post here. The cost of premium is a bit steep (albeit you can do one month), but there's a small but active community our there and I lined up a few dates out there.
Also download line app. Its like WhatsApp, but you can exchange ids not phone numbers. Very popular in Thailand and essential for swinging there.
