"Fab Swingers is now a publicly traded entity. Unless you state otherwise, anyone can infringe on your right to privacy once you post to this site."

I'm forever reading the above and wondering what the first sentence, even if it were true, has to do with privacy rights.

And can anybody point me to the stock exchange where Fabs, or a parent company, is traded? Sydney, perhaps?
