How time consuming is it for you? And is it worth it for you?
I only have Facebook now after I deleted Twitter earlier after I realised just how much time I was spending on it, also the quality of the product since Elon Musk bought it has dramatically decreased in my opinion. |

I spend far too much time on it!
I use it a lot as a marketing tool for my business. But the buggers have a way of distracting you from your business posts and pulling you in with absolute garbage content. These short videos on Facebook for instance... I refuse to watch them lol |

Pretty much the same as some on this thread I only have fab, well I do have linked in too but that's only for buisness purposes and even that's becoming more and more like Facebook as time goes on.
Removed myself from all the main social media's the other year as all as I saw was propaganda in one form or another... |

I have facebook but only use it for readers groups to get new book recommendations.
People only post what they want you to see and how they wish to be portrayed so I don't bother with friends/family newsfeeds. |

I lost count of the hours I wasted scrolling, reacting, interacting on it. Since I went cold turkey, and deleted the lot, I’ve discovered that it didn’t enrich my existence any.
So Fab’ is my only social media outlet used now, and I try to limit my use, and take extended breaks away. |

Never had twitter
I like Instagram because I follow some fitness related pages for hints and tips
Also hobby pages (DnD etc)
Memes. I have a teenager and we share memes |

I barely use FB or Insta, deleted my Twitter account as I never used it.
I like playing about on Tiktok though. It appeals to my more creative side - it's a good laugh and I've made some really good friend on there through collaborating and making sketches. |

I've got Facebook under a false name for a group with friends, mum groups, local groups etc and to keep in touch with some family members. I don't spend too much time on there.
I've got Instagram and I check it multiple times daily but I'm not obsessed. I just enjoy scrolling my timeline.
Fab is probably the worst of the bunch. I've been spending way too much time on here over the last few weeks just trying to distract myself from reality.
I sometimes wish I didn't use any social media. I hate mindless scrolling and it's easy to piss away hours some days. But oh well.  |

Oh yes, I do have TikTok too. I love it. But again, mindless scrolling, especially before bed if I'm not watching anything with my partner. I'll spend a good hour or two scrolling through it. |

A few years ago I realised the time wasted on my phone looking at whatever it maybe including fab was effecting time in real life. Its easy for the unreal to become real time wasting. So I deleted everything. Yep the whole lot. Its amazing how much more you can do in your day. I've just opened my fab account again a few days ago. I already know it will not be for long.

Since I've been single, had a place of my own & my boy has gone off to uni, I spend hours & hours on social media! It's worse in the winter- I try to get out for walks & stuff when the weather is better. |

Have FB to keep in touch with family….hardly post on it now.
Instagram, hardly ever post on it now.
Never seen the point of Twitter or TikTok.
Use this site and another site for meeting people but don’t post on here much now.

I use Facebook to keep up with my family and look at, and add pictures of said family now and then but I find I spend more time reading these forums than I do on Facebook  |
