If you were a colour.....

What colour would you be?
And, do you tend to stick to the same old colours in your clothes?
I love bright clothes. If I'm wearing colour it's usually in my tops.
My lingerie doesn't reflect this though, I tend to like black.
Are you more adventurous with the colours of your lingerie, clothes or both?

I always wear black, occasionally with a splash of red, purple or silver.
As to what colour I'd be, I don't think I could be one colour. Everything is in flux, I can't even maintain a favourite colour for more than a day or two. |

"I was once asked this as the first question in a quite big job interview, thought it was an odd question then
They asked you about your lingerie colours "
No, just if you were a colour, what would it be and why? |

My favourite colour is red and I quite often wear red in some form. Many moons ago I was going through an anxious, depressive cycle and used only wear drab colours but since I’ve come out of that I try and wear bright colours. They help cheer me up. |

I do love red but I think in clothing , not lingerie that it's a hard colour to wear |

I'd be yellow I think.
I wouldn't say I wear it often, although saying that I am wearing a big yellow jumper today. I mostly wear cute ditsy prints, pastel and bright colours when I'm not working.
When it comes to lingerie I love white and pastel against my skintone. I've got yellow lace knickers on now. I rarely go dark, but people seem to like it on me. I always feel like it doesn't suit me because I'm so pale. |

Were they yellow when you bought them though? |

It doesn’t have to be in-your-face, a red t shirt or even a simple red strip would suffice |

Sorry but I do get what you mean about colours and skin tone as I think it's the opposite for me. I don't think pastel and bright colours suit my skin tone which why I go for dark colours and instead of red or purple, I go for maroon or burgundy for example |

Hmm, I dunno I think you could pull off pastels pretty well looking at your skin. I feel like a pale blue or yellow would look amazing against your skin. I love the grey too in your pictures, and the white.
But yes skin tone can make such a difference. |

Awww thank you, I have a couple of pink bits (oo-er) which I like but maybe I do need to be a bit more adventurous with my clothes |

Black. Most of the clothes I own are black, sometimes I’ll try and be adventurous out clothes shopping and buy a nice bright colour, then I’ll come home and immediately hate it . For lingerie it’s pretty much the same, anything black catches my eye first , although I do have a few bits that are different colours. |

I realised there was another question. I have few favourite colours which you can see in my wardrobe more than others but I tried all the colours just not all shades! I used to wear lots of prints but not so much anymore. The colours which I tend to go for most are probably any bold ones and dark/bright but not neon like. |

I like bright, bold colours. I can be a bit of a statement dresser.
I'm currently very into purple. Clothes, lingerie, stocking tops... I've even bought some purple boots today to go with my violet hair
