We're impacted by personal and organisational values everyday.
Once your values are understood they become the code that guides your decisions-your decisions become aligned with YOUR values not what someone else thinks.
But if you were to ask yourself 'what are my values' how easily could you list them? |

I treat everyone as an equal and have zero respect for anyone who doesn't do likewise.
I will offer blanket level respect to everyone which can and will be withdrawn depending on their interaction with others including me and equally in regard to how they treat animals.
In a way I reflect the values that others display. |
