One funny story I remember was being dressed as Pudsy for the BBC carrying a bucket round a show they were filming not far away...
I was stuck in the suit and needed a pee badly, really badly... I had to ask one of the singers of the then No1 Holders KWS to undo my flies... well he did pmsl.. They then were filmed doing the No1 song Please don't go just after.. Always makes me laugh hearing it even now! |

I support a couple of charities on a monthly basis already so I tend not to contribute to these media frenzy events when they come round each year as I think it's too general. You put your money in and don't have a clue where or who it's going to help. I prefer to give my support to specific causes that I feel strongly about. I certainly wouldn't dream of giving to something like LiveAid. I'm not lining the pockets of corrupt dictators so that just 10p of every £1 I give gets through to the people who actually need it. Children In Need doesn't help only children in this country, it goes out to the countries that have been involved in civil war and in-fighting for decades, and I'm not funding the purchase of yet more bullets. |
