Still not much in, so I had a Greggs bake at home sausage roll for brunch.

I'll wait to eat properly when the shopping gets here later.

some painkillers and a cup of coffee.

might treat myself to a cereal bar. the soft-bake chocolate chips ones are really nice (the cheapy version of the expensive ones because: brassic). Px
