Thinking of putting my first tattoo on my arm but been told it would look better on my chest so I don't know where to put it any ideas

No it won't let me it's a skull with 2 dragons next to it some people like it some don't but I like it I need to find a good tattooist which is always a good start

maybe chest as to allow full impact visually as on an arm you may miss some on the curve.

depends size tho

I couldn't agree more your tattooist usually will know the best place for the placing of it
