soaked in water an hour, dried, oiled and seasoned, back to proper beef dripping for me
some things i like the airfryer for but its a no on chips lol |

back to triple cooked in beef dripping for the occasional times i have them
Obviously not doing them right...."
been cooking over 40 yrs and im not into them back to proper chips |

Deep fat fryer
Cook little take out leave to cool down then put back in then take out place in cold water then take out sprinkle corn flour and put back in oil... Turn out very crispy and crunchy |
