Many years ago, I recorded some jingles for my mate who worked on Radio Aire, the local Leeds radio station.
I have kept in contact with him over the years and yesterday I got an email from him with a link to a website that had had two of the jingles I did for him.
Being the inquisitive type I had to follow the link and omg, I can't believe how young I sounded back in the day, definitely made me feel old  |

I had the joy of watching a video of myself almost a decade ago now. I can't believe how a) posh and b] high pitched I sound. It makes me sad I've lost those qualities. |

On todgers thread earlier I actually thought you must’ve had sand in your fanny this morning and been for a run you sounded that grumpy.

So do you not sound posh anymore? Is that Fab's fault? Is it possible to lose a posh accent in only 3 years? (actually it must be cos I can pick up an American accent if I spend too much time with Americans - problem of having gone to an international school and lived abroad for years) |
