Transport infrastructure within cities are fine… Boston, New York, Washington for example you don’t need cars… LA is one of those cities where you do!
Getting from city to city is the issue where yes you need to fly… but if you have leisure time, going coast to coast on a train is one of the most spectacular things you can do…… New York to Chicago on an overnight train… then Chicago to LA on a 3 day train
4 days on trains…. 4-5 hours ish flying back!!! Lol |

"I just found this thread hilarious. People commenting on a broad spectrum of what they see on the news.
Triggered?" laughing is not triggered. Enlightenment is a much better choice. |

It depends where you say or do it? In London people will look at you like you just offered them a plate of digshit.
In other areas, especially towards the midlands and the north, they will happily reply and chat |

People are more stand offish and quieter than they are in the USA.
But yeah it kind of depends where you are. Like over there too, there's a lot of douches in new York who wouldn't be mega friendly. |

Not so much misery...more purgatory!!!
So, its fair to say some people/countries love to hate the USA. Protests, burning flags, etc.
But when theirs a disaster or war, they scream "why isnt America helping us?"

Only from idiots generalising.
All countries and cultures have their flaws, and its good to rip the piss out of them, as long as its not done with malice.
I think its funny when US comedies take the piss out of British dentistry. |

"I think its funny when US comedies take the piss out of British dentistry..
I seen a lot of Youtubers showing Americans what free healthcare, from the NHS is like over here in Blighty, but, the videos don't mention dentistry and the mess Thatcher's 1980's health cuts did.
This branch of the health service is woefully detached and underfunded.
Changing surgeries requires a another set of X-rays and starting anew...no record sharing here.
Which means there is a massive problem finding a decent surgery that will take on fee paying adults, even people on certain benefits don't get free dental treatment.
So when it comes to oral health we are faced with the dilemma of health or wealth, the fact that that keeping a healthy smile is so expensive, for working adults, is the only time us Brits get to experience the health care issues you Americans face for all of your healthcare.
Yes, children get free dentistry here.
There is talk, in our media our American firms wanting to buy our NHS and use it for making a profit.
This is a very sore point in the press and media as a whole.
Overly white teeth do look wrong and according to one former dentist of mine, dental whiteness should match the eye's whiteness, otherwise the white balance is all wrong.

We all have our differences in life. Hate me I don't care. It is the ones that love you that counts. Not social acceptance. I can just close my door and tell you to fuck off I do not need you. Seems the UK people need a social acceptance to survive. |
