I'm not looking.
Actually I've been quite good the past week! I got one notification to say it was down to 40%. Then hid it because I don't want a report. My screen time is far less atm though (she tells herself) |

I average 7 hours a day which is awful and fun all at the same time, I mean chatting to people is being part of society, right...  "
I think mine said like 11 or something for last week… shocking

7hrs a day???
My youngest just showed me where to find my screentime on my phone.
Im averaging an hour a day.
I suppose im a 'hit and run' type. Go online, very quick browse and comment, and im off again.
People at work cant believe i only need to charge my phone every 3-4 days.

Kids are great for kidsplaining technology to us dinosaurs.
I’m usually the same and average around 2 hours but this has been a very lazy Christmas period for me. Roll on tomorrow and the sanctuary of work… |

My average is 10 hours 
I’m actually quite shocked at that  
In my defence I don’t watch tv that much so I use my phone to watch videos on YouTube or listen to music at night. |
