I used to sleep with radio 4 on and the news/stories used to sometimes make it in to my dreams.
I remember when the first double hand transplant took place I woke up convinced that the guy with the new hands could play piano now but couldn't before his accident. I was in part awestruck and creeped out.
As it happens, he could play piano before, and could again after the transplant. Nowhere near as freaky.
