I shall make a jug of Bucks Fizz in a mo, and some snacks made of prawns and smoked salmon to get me started.
Then a dozen snails in garlic butter as starter.
Then roast duck with a pink peppercorn sauce and all the trimmings.
Then Tiramisu.
Some cheeses later in the evening if I still have room.
And plenty of alcohol throughout the day.
