christmas time is full of joy and celebrations.
families get together and as one year ends another one begins.
my thoughts are with those who are not so lucky.
the ones who are on the streets,living without shelter for whatever reason.
those that are troubled mentally and physically.
the ones how feel they do not fit into society and are alone.
some of us have lost friends, loved ones or have known a friend who has suffered a loss which has affected them deeply.
only this week we have been reading about people here who have loved ones that are ill and ones who are at a loss because they find christmas time depressing and wish it was a happier time.
so at this time i would like to offer my support,my words and my arms to give anyone a hug who needs it.
all of us at one time or another have needed someone to help make it through.
soon it will be another year, a fresh new start and the chance to make good.
repair the damage a little from the past one and with every year comes new opportunity to meet and make new friends.
so i raise a glass to you all.

That's lovely. And I totally agree. I will remember my nan and my friend amongst others and the ones who are less fortunate.
After Xmas I will give my sons old toys and clothes to a charity like I did last year. I already donated the money I would of spent on cards to charity too, it's not much but every little helps x |

I fall into quite a few of those categories.
Don't want to spoil anyone else's fun and merriment, but frankly I can't wait until we are past Christmas and new year.
Fingers crossed 2013 isn't a shite as the last two, that will be my only reason to attempt to celebrate on new years. |
