What a fascinating response this question has got. Maybe its just men who find boob play arousing, while most women find it boring and in some cases (as I read here), creepy. I dont think the act in itself is bizzarre or creepy but the expectation that someone new would be interested is strange. I once met a partner on a casual website. We went on to become friends who had sex.
