I've had a little pick at a few things.
I get fed up with the same taste and texture quite quickly and like to change things up.
I'm going home soon and taking the pickles with me; which I'll have with salad in a couple of days. |

Op, I'm at the eating satsumas and drinking pineapple juice with sparkling water phase. Can't face any more rich food, the fridges are filled with bits. The pantry has bleeding Yule logs and biscuits and chocolates and crisps in it. Here's me considering making a chicken salad for dinner but not sure the fiancé will appreciate it after a long work day. |

we've not done too bad this year,
having the lurgies over the festives has meant low appitite, so we have just nibbled and picked as we felt like it.
Grapes, celery, cheese, gammon ham, roast beef, pickled gherkins, crisps, and for me turkey sandwiches,
ice cream and some baileys christmas cake and irish coffees.
New Year will mean salads though. Can't keep munching like that, it's not healthy. |

Shockingly, I haven't actually eaten that much crap. The calories I've consumed in wine and baileys will have more than made up for that though I'm sure! I'm looking forward to New Year but then also can't wait for the resumption of normality, routine and regular diet after that. |
