So I've just been reading the fooood thread and it appears we are indulging somewhat right now. Recalling the other thread about putting on lb's in a day - what are we doing in the aftermath to re-establish our summer bodies?
Can be fun stuff |

"I will wait till the new year to think of that. At the moment I am just eating. I am sure a little indulgence can be rebalanced afterwards and don't want to be thinking about that on boxing day "
Agreed. We were saying this morning that one of the things we enjoy about the festive period is not being remotely concerned about the quantity or suitability of the food we're eating. It nice to be released from responsibility |

Nothing I will go back to my normal workouts from tomorrow.
We are all allowed to indulge and have a few days off.
A wise man once said to me "it doesn't matter what you do this week, it matters what you did in the other 51 weeks." |

I've been to thy gym this morning, all I will say is don't worry what you do between Christmas and New year worry about what you do between new year and Christmas.
Just be kind to yourself. |

"If someone could come and restrict my food intake, whilst giving me a good workout.... That'd be great "

I don't want to think about the exercise part yet. Please don't send me on a guilt trip today. I spend all year feeling guilty for what I eat. Please let me just have a few days of guilt free indulgence.

If I set off walking now, I'll get a good warm up before the real workout begins |

Glad to see alot are getting into the sexercise spirit
When I go back to a desk job soon (hopefully) I think the paddle board is coming out earlier this year.
Really hoping to break that 25 minute 5km barrier this year too |

I'd love to get under 30mins, but I seem more geared towards longer distances. I'm not fast, but I run 5k, 10k half and full ironman distances at pretty much the same speed |
