It was that day of festive cheer
Love sent to all you hold dear
The best gift you give is your presence
Memories made with Christmas essence
Love and kindness shared all round
Sent near and far it knows no bounds
Santas been and left gifts and joy
Children of all ages a smile to share
I’ve had the best gift I’ll get
A hug a cwtch I’d long forgotten
From me to you I send goodwill
A warm embrace to stop the winter chill
So on this day wherever you may be
A very merry Christmas is sent from me |
