Disconnect the electric strip it down take all pipes and hoses off check not blocked anywhere  |

It could be just filter blocked that’s all take it out wash it under tap let it dry assemble job done |

Like men they are usually mechanically very simple 
Has someone done something to it between last use and this one?
They normally have a flappy like valve somewhere thing to stop air going back out of them. When blocked they scream like a banshee because this valve stops said air back flowing.
