Question for TS/TV/CD
Jump to: Newest in thread
Basically, no. Well known within the Manchester (where the original shop was/is) trans community for selling cheap tat for high prices.
Herbal supplements etc do not help grow boobs, the only thing that will do that is properly prescribed hormone treatments. [And don't try to self prescribe with female hormones from internet sites, it's a sure fire way to become seriously ill with eg. liver failure.]
If you want female clothes, just walk into any high street womens clothes shop and buy them at normal prices! No shop assistant thinks anything of men buying female products in 2022. [You may need to take your measurements and convert to women's sizes, google has all the info you need. If in doubt start with dirt cheap stuff from primark until you learn your sizes and develop some kind of clothes style.]
Make up - loads of youtube vids to help you figure this out. Again start with cheap crap to play with in private, while you learn what you're doing.
Wigs - ten quid on ebay is more than enough for getting started.
Boobs - padded bra, stuffed with old pair of stockings. Or get a pair of cheap silicone "chicken fillets" from ebay, at about a tenner, to pop into your bra cups.
Have fun, find out who you are, needed not cost a fortune. Polly xx |

Basically little available in the way of short cuts. Body hair removal does help you look and feel more feminine, different methods work better for different people.
My personal preference is decent quality razor blade and shave gel in the shower for my legs and private bits (careful of nicks!), epilator for arms and chest, waxing at a local salon every couple of months for my back (lots of men do this these days, the salons don't care who they rip hair off...). Face, I tend to blade shave in the morning, then if I'm going out in the evening a second shave with electric razor (some hairs get missed by blade, some missed by electric, very few get past both methods), and that gets it good enough for covering up with my makeup job. |

As a lifelong TV, Polly has about summed it up. Transformation were at one point virtually the only TV shop out there, and was / is run by a post op TS. They absolutely ripped you off, and became hated my many in the TV community.
Polly has given you some fab advice, all of which is absolutely spot on. Years ago, I would never have dreamt of buying anything feminine in shops (except lingerie at Christmas pretending it was for the wife!! Lol). However we live in a very different world now. I have shopped for me in male mode, and love girly shopping as Rachel. Believe me, in make up depts, the ladies there sometimes fall over themselves to help you - they are fab.
One piece of additional advice I’d give is go and try a Dressing Service. They are places you can go that will give you as much as you need to look the best you can … and are great places to learn how to look more feminine. Some will
Even have stuff to sell you. They can genuinely turn a sows ear into a silk purse … a couple of pics on my profile prove that xx
There is also a site called TVChix, and know there are girls from in here that frequent there also (me included). That is a great site for advice / resources / forums … I’ve learned a lot and made some great friends over the years in there.
Enjoy the journey sweetie

Whilst pharmaecuticals are without doubt the most reliable method of physically feminising your body I am going to say they are not the only way. (I know others are going to deny this is possible) my reaso for saying other methods can work is that without touching pharmaecutical products I have done this on a programme of pueraria mirifica, red reishi and white peony. On this I have softened my skin, changed my body odour and grown C cup breasts (which still look disappointingly small on my 40" chest).

Hi thanks for further advice.
I’m totally smooth all over in every day life. I keep myself smooth every couple of days I’m not overly hairy anyway. Don’t suffer with back hair etc. not much chest hair odd few on chest and stomach but easy manageable. Better if I didn’t have to do it. I’ve never had a beard either so don’t suffer with the dark beard growth look |

I did join tv chix before I couldn’t get on with the site found it strange to use.
Going for a professional make over is definitely top of my list.
I bought a laser hair removal machine just not had chance to use it as it can be time consuming especially with family home.
Just need more guidance on more natural feminine day day look even while in male mode. Mainly skin features and breasts. X |

I used breast machine before and unless you keep it up they retract back to normal body shape. Being full time self employed I don’t always get the time x |

Wear women's high waist jeans.
Womens t shirts
Womens Chelsea boots
Womens pastel shades beeny hat.
All the above is available in mens, so the difference will be subtle when wearing the female variants.

Experiment with new outfits until u find what suits u, don't b shy to ask for help be it beauticians or do with clothes. Also, plenty YouTube vids to help how to apply makeup etc. Needn't always go for expensive brands like Mac range makeup when experimenting. You can achieve just as good a look with other brands like Rimmel, Collection, etc. |

I think as l used it constantly daily for years the results are permanent, l have backed it up with food products that help and exercises, its been nearly 2 years since l stopped the machine and they have stayed the same ,if not slightly bigger ,so perserverence the key l think |

If you're looking to medicate I definitely agree with Polly. Self medding is dangerous without proper monitoring, so best left to professionals.
I'm using GenderGP for my meds and blood tests, they operate on an informed consent model so quite easy to work with (ie you dont have to beg and defend anything, you just say I'd like to do X and Y and they work out a safe way to achieve it). Once setup it's around £100 a month for everything but I know my meds are genuine, my bloods are done every 3 months and it's fairly quick to get seen. Other private options have long waiting lists but you're more likely to get shared care with your GP if cost is an issue (not a hope with GGP!)
The other positive thing about using private medical service is if you want to apply for a GRC in a few years time it's good evidence that you're serious about changing your gender. Given that takes a minimum of 2 years even if it's not on your mind right now it gives you options later x |

Don’t mess around with hormone tablets / injections unless you are getting medical supervision.
If you just want some added shake when dressed then look at things like inflation / pumping for short term gains
Outside of that. Laser / tans / nails manicure etc eyebrows styled more unisex if you. Are married discreet etc
Get some body butter and use it daily over a few weeks your skin will be super soft |

Pomegranate seeds, soya and flax seeds are high in estrogen apparently. I eat these anyway not especially for any feminising effect.
Couldn't tell you if they are actually having any effect or....wait! Is that handbag on sale?? |

If I was to take tablets etc it would only be by a specialist. To many drugs out there that cause complications. I only want small breasts yours are fabulous but I’m only looking at B cup max.
What body butter you use. Because it sure works x |

Hey All
I'm what you would call a part time CD. Only ever get dressed for meets with guys who are asking for a guy to be dressed up. So as you would expect it takes a lot of time and effort to find the correct fitting lingerie etc. I'm very lucky in that I'm very naturally smooth so no issues with body hair and use Waxing or Hair Removal cream for the nether regions. I try to be all smooth/hairless down there all the time as it feels good even without the sex.
But as I now have a few FB's that prefer CD I have had to build up my closet with a variety of things. I've had to do what most have said here and buy and experiment with sizes. Not sure if anyone is also using Amazon but I've found they have a lot of Crossdressing clothes etc on their site. All pretty cheap so experimented until I got the right sizes. Now instead of going into any shops or Adult Stores I go straight to Amazon and get them. I was Shocked lol to find how much they have in the Adult world selection there. Might be worth a look if you are worried about going into a store etc. |
