Yorkshire

No, not too hot as it impairs all the other flavours but some heat is good

My friend gave me a bottle of reaper sauce today. I imagine it's going to be on another level.

Love some heat in my food.

Really think most food can be improved by adding chilli or paprika

A Madras, pathia or jalfrezi. Depending on mood.

Fresh chilli's are really good for you even if your ring doesn't always agree.

I also like a hairy bikers own Nandos marinade for chicken

I can't understand the appeal at all, it just reduces the food to one very spicy flavour. It can also be used to disguise low quality or even out of date ingredients.

I used to have vindaloos for breakfast, when I worked earlies.

Or possibly in winter a homemade phal, with with a bit of chili paste added for good measure.

I still have the odd vindaloo now and then.

Love a really hot curry or chilli.

One of my guilty secrets are SAMYANG Spicy Hot (2x Spicy) Chicken Flavour Ramen Noodles, great for rapid spice hit.
