I can't understand the appeal at all, it just reduces the food to one very spicy flavour. It can also be used to disguise low quality or even out of date ingredients. |

I used to have vindaloos for breakfast, when I worked earlies.
Or possibly in winter a homemade phal, with with a bit of chili paste added for good measure.
I still have the odd vindaloo now and then. |
