Can you put on in a few days?
When I need to buy bigger hoodies that's not a good sign...
Just off to have some more pate on toast to cheer myself up. |

An increase of at least 500 to 1000 calories each day will promote a one to two pound weight gain per week. It takes an extra 3500 calories to gain one pound of body weight."
3500 calories is easily done. |

If i rememeber correctly, you can put up to 5-7 pounds a week easily if you are not eating right, moving, drinking.
Normal weight flucuation is between 1-2 pounds unless you bulking up or trying to lose weight
Wine/pints are killers for sugar and pesty calories |

Never really worry about it, just enjoy eating & drinking what I like but do make sure to exercising. Started on the mince pies mid Oct. and put on weight, just need to exercise more to make sure don't fall into obese category -& mindful of visceral body fat, also known as hidden fat. |

a lot of the weight people speak about putting on in a short period will be water weight. every carb molecule stored by your body needs to be stored alongside 2 water molecules, so 2/3 of short term weight gain is water. |
