I am now a massive fan of your work!

One of my cats has been limping for a day or two. I'm usually a 'it'll sort itself out' tupe of animal owner, and as he was managing to sleep with it tucked under him I didn't think it was that bad.

As I am going away for a couple of days tomorrow and it wasn't any better I thought I'd take him to the vets to see what it was.

Was expecting it to cost a bomb but consultation and 2 injections was only £56

yes vet bills can be expensive.

i moved a chair without noticing the cat and broke his paw.

it cost £1500 to sort.

thankfully he is insured.

People should remember this the next time they moan about the NHS.

Good to hear the cat is well again.

Both my pets are insured, however, the excess is quite hefty. Fingers crossed for their continuing good health in 2013.

Vets will give animals the exact same drugs for similar ailments, then youd be surprised how much they charge. NHS prescription is very cheap by comparison.
