1. Obstruction of an official proceeding.
2. Conspiracy to defraud the United States.
3. Conspiracy to make a false statement.
4. "Incite," "assist" or "aid or comfort" an insurrection.
What are the odds he will be charged?
Personally I'd love to see him and his corrupt family & friends locked up for a long time. |

I think he will be charged, as the risk from fringe groups who would have been loyal to him is deminishing.
His advisor this morning was making wild claims on R4 that the storming of the Capital Building was due to the FBI firing up the crowds that gathered. They are a strange bunch his team |
