You know how sad things are right now? I just realised nobody has given me a Christmas card, Not one Christmas kiss and I’ve not got a Christmas works party to go to.

Awww I've not get any works do and will get a xmas kiss from my mum 
Take cards to your neighbours /Street.. Put your name +number in the card and even if you don't get any back, you will spread some joy and happiness to neighbours and will trigger a conversation when they see you next  |

This will make you laugh. I was waiting for nearly ten days for something to arrive that was on 48hr tracking post. Never got it, went out yesterday for literally 20 mins and come back and there was a card to tell me they attempted delivery and taken it back to the office for collection or redelivery |

I've had every Christmas alone since 2015 and they aren't easy.. especially the run up to them when everyone else is happy and there's families and couples around.
Best thing I have found is to make it special for yourself. But treats YOU like. I make a full Christmas dinner and drink Bailey's all day and add music. Good luck OP. |

To be fair I don’t really know anyone who hands Christmas cards out these days apart from the older generation. We don’t send cards out apart from close family, gone are the days were you’d get a random one through your door addressed to number 26 from number 72.

When l was 18 l was reminded it was my birthday ,l didnt realise,same as my 21st ,didnt get any cards or pressies on each occasion ,not that l was bothered ,since then l have never bothered with sending them ,sold them on a stall for many years ,much rather get a nice well meant gesture or message whatever, sending cards at christmas is a personal thing ,if l receive one then ok ,nice ,l won't send one back.
On new year's eve l always go outside or the loo at midnite , don't get that auld lange sine stuff |

I don't have time to feel depressed.. if your sat at home feeling lonely all the time you've got time on your hands you should do something constructive.. if I'm not doing something that tests me challenges me even stresses me I'll be in a state of perpetual boredom and will start to think in this way but I don't allow it don't have time for it .. level up my friends |

Thanks to anyone who sent sone wholsome posts/messages from this, it’s not just me that gets down around now, I know. I just felt it. I’m over.
In fact I got all Christmasy last night with my party for 1 (yes-a ME party). Wrapping presents and music. I even sang along…. Probably the reason nobody wanted to join me.
