Never tried peach juice. Where can I get some from?
Also you should get a kitchen blowtorches you can make your own toasted marshmallows with them. It’s awesome. I always have that in my hot chocolate |

A wee glass of cab sav. I’ve a particular type of tension headache and I’ve learned somewhat by accident that the only thing that cures it is a combo of paracetamol then 20 mins later start drinking wine. One glass usually does the trick occasionally takes 2 and no the paracetamol alone does not work. |

Which is why I said “no the paracetamol alone does not work” I have tried that when I have this particular type of headache. There is research that backs up alcohol as helping tension headaches too, I’ve discussed with dr too and they’ve said a small amount of alcohol can help as stress constricts blood vessels and alcohol dilates them |

Yea dehydration headache feels different for me, so I can recognise fairly easily which is which. I’m bad for not drinking enough fluids I just forget, next thing I know head banging and I’m like “oh crap I’ve not had a drink today yet” often forget to eat too |
