I've noticed there is too many people on many platforms that do put themselves down, I'll admit sometimes I can be one of them hopefully in 2023 I'll be a different sort of person

got to remember we are all different we all come in different shapes and sizes it might not happen straight away but we will find out person or persons that we want to have some cheeky cheeky with remember we're only Human after all

If we can’t love ourselves, we can’t expect any else too. Or something like that anyway.

I agree. So many people put themselves down. There are a lot of people who will gladly do it for you... don't let them

I think as you get older your confidence grows or you just think I'm who I am you either like me or you dont
