I made a Lamb, Chickpea and Spinach curry with some M+S naans. Its supposed to be mild so I added my own spice and a few chopped red chilli's.

It does, but I had to make my base first.

The smaller the pieces cuts time I wack the gas on full add touch water and let it reduce then add to the blender then pot and add whatever meat veg

Always good to make more of the base then use what you need and freeze rest
