The Office Christmas Party is an opportunity for work to reward staff for working hard throughout the year.
There is the opportunity for the office flirts to get together thane awkwardly work through the regret the following year.
The fact that bosses have to set boundaries and give warnings suggest that they fully expect people to misbehave, but still organise the party anyway.
Bottom line, as always, don't be a dick and you'll be fine.

If the bosses want to reward their staff, they can always pay them more. |

Yeah but it costs less to lay on some sausage rolls and put enough money behind the bar for 2 pints of cider per person |

Everyone is feeling pretty s#it at our place. All contract hours have been cut. Some staff have left, so we're exspected to pick up the slack. We get it in the neck if work not done. With less staff, and less money. - Merry Christmas. so no works do for us. |
