Unproductive. Late into the office, early out due to the strikes. Got to work all weekend to make the hours up. 
How was the footy, I've been out....

Good evening everyone. I never post, well pretty much never so as I’m a bit too wired to sleep just yet , it might be a good excuse to say hello. I’m a lurker, it’s not that I’m anti-social or anything, I never know quite what to talk about!
I had a death in the family recently and since then I’ve been hitting the gym regularly, having not been for years. It’s making me feel a lot better about life and I can see things improve slowly. Hello you lovely people! |

Sorry to hear about your loss, but congrats on getting back to the gym and making yourself feel good  hardest bit I’ve found is getting there but when you are there it’s a doddle.
