Who has a charcuterie board at Christmas to go with the cheese board?

I am lucky in that I have a good friend who produces some of the best charcuterie in the UK

Portstewart

I’ll sit with the cheese I love most cheeses and Be will sit with the charcuterie he’s not a cheese fan. We don’t drink wine but can bring a bottle or 2 if you let us know what ones to buy to go with the boards.

I've bought a large ready cooked gammon this year instead of doing my own. I will have it the day after boxing day with porkie and pickles I'm not going over the top. The gammon will probably last me a week
