Are you concerned in case it's buzzing when you pick it up?

Should be ok, no-one will know what's in the 2 metres square box. They always use massive boxes.

No but I ordered a few sex toys and condoms from Amazon to deliver to my house. They deliver it in a plain envelope so you don’t have to worry.

Try looking on AliExpress, toys from China. Some of the items seem strange even by fab standards... If you go for the free shipping options, it can take three or four months from factory to your front door, so when things arrive you have forgotten you ever ordered them...
