Can someone do me a training workout routine to achieve a Six Pack, preferably one that I can follow which doesn’t require a Gym membership.

absolutely this. Workout is only 20% ,no point working out if you don't lower body fat. I can't be arsed changing my diet but work my core and abs every day but you see nothing. But it helps with back pain. That's all I care about.

It is all about the diet and being in a calorie deficit, the amount of time being in it, is up to each one, the longer, the more shredded one gets

I follow a full body workout 3 times a week and as for cardio. I walk about 120 or so min a day.
