To be fair, one penalty is fine but to take a second with the mind games and the pressure is completely different. Won't begruge him too much as it's a tough ask regardless of how easy we think penalties are |

Massively dejecting. So much better in the 2nd half. Can't believe Harry missed that, but I'm sure few of us can imagine the pressure.
Would have kept Saka on, got Rashford on earlier, and Mount never the answer to any question for me. But all ifs and buts...  |

some very doubtful team choices,,,rashford should have started,, sterling has not trained for 4 days but is brought on for last 10 mins and runs around like a headless chicken,, we had 1 guy bellingham trying his best in midfield and a back 4 who cannot pass a ball to a guy 5 yards away without the pass going behind the guy instead of in front so he can run onto it and keep going forward,, was maddison actually in the squad..??

we can’t blame the ref that’s just a lip out I never blamed the ref when I played at the level I played at school/ Sunday league I always looked at myself and my team mates if we lost the ref wasn’t good but it wasn’t him that missed the penalty |

I felt he was just rubbish tbh. Did the trip in the first half go to var ?
On the whole England played well but were punished with a few lapses of concentration. France lacked a bit of discipline when it came to the pens. But I think they just about edged it.

I think you are being overly critical. I think England performed well against one of the best team's in the world and with a little bit of luck and a potentially better referee a whole different result could've been on the cards. |

The reason he scores the OG is because he's slow to track Giroud in the first place.
Positionally he switches off like for example right after the equaliser.
He's slow on the ball, you can almost hear the beeps whenever he's trying to turn in possession.
Ask man utd fans that see him week in week out they'll tell you. |
