Good evening you fine ladies and gentlemen! It's Saturday night, the frost is creeping in, but I'm currently buzzed on Jim Beam and Buffalo Trace bourbon and 's, and whiskey always tends to make me a little horny...
So, bar is open tonight! Come and take a pew, order your poison of choice and let's get the weekend rockin'-and-a-rollin'!

For the daiquiri?
Two measures white rum
One measure pineapple juice
One measure lime juice
One measure sugar syrup
Shake over ice, strain and serve.
I used rosemary syrup because I had a little left in a bottle. Warm up 50/50 sugar and water in a pan, add a handful of rosemary sprigs and bottle it up. Leave to infuse for a couple of hours, or overnight, before using. |
