It was on QI a few years ago, it is part of the manufacturing process and makes no difference whatsoever

It doesn't reflect heat any different.

One sides shinier as it's been polished technically as it goes through a roller in the manufacturing process.

Doesn't matter which way you use it, it's both the same, unless you buy a non stick version as one side is marked as being non-stick and the other side isn't.

Never use kitchen foil behind your radiators. It doesn’t nothing.

Get the proper foil from the DIY shop.

Tin foil wrapped Round cardboard, behind your radiators will reflect the heat from being drawn through the wall.

It's completely irrelevant, one side is shinier because of the production method.
