I have some savoy cabbage left over, I'll cut it up.. I'm planning to throw in few left over potatoes and 2 random slices of bacon, that I have lying around since day before yesterday. White onion, butter, some stock. Simple wintery dish from what one found in the fridge. A bubble and squeak inspired fry up.
There isn't enough love for the cabbage and it's cousins out in the world.

"Lunch will happen at tea time as neither in the mood to cook just now. Having a kind of fry but with fried potato slices instead of soda and potato bread. Quite looking forward to it. "

Far too early to think about food , I have been up less than a hour , but I predict a kebab at 5am . Oh and gummy bears ! That should cover my food intake until Sunday 5am
