I don't get all the hate against ginger snaps, they're probably my favourite with a cup of tea. Anything with cinnamon or ginger is right up my street. Aldi used to do packets of the proper traditional dutch speculoo cookies that were shaped like windmills. Way better than the lotus biscoff. Loved them as well.

Fig rolls are disgusting. I get headaches after eating custard creams. Don't know why, but by default I'd have to name them.

I don't know if it counts but has to be ryvita.

I remember when I was little my mum went through a phase of eating them when she had pretentions of losing weight. Even with some spread on top it still tastes like corrugated cardboard.
