I didn't remember dreams for a long time. A short stint on sleeping pills kicked them in intensely this autumn though.
Most of the dreams I remember are sexual. I don't think in sound and images though so it's just the sensation and emotion that lingers into the waking. |

I haven't remembered a dream for such a long time.
I've had sexual dreams in the past...they were so hot so realistic.
Thing is, I was having sex with people I don't even like...like my old boss. He was a real arse hole |

I can remember most of them but there’s always a little piece to the story missing once I wake up properly.
Sexual ones are always about someone I’d never even think about having sex with, then when I bump into them it’s difficult to look them in the eye for a while
I sometimes get sleep paralysis so those dreams are always a delight |

Full colour, remember when I wake and can recall for a couple of Hours
And know I'm dreaming as I can stop it and redo bits I want to change etc
Lots of fun really |

I remember them for about 5 seconds after I wake, then it’s a blur… sometimes they’ll pop into my head when I least expect it
There are recurring themes though… I consistently have a full head of long thick hair like I had in my 20s, and I’m always sad when I realise it was just a dream |
