Gentlemën, Ladiës, Binariës and Whateveriës...

When was the last time you engaged in the artful dalliance of woo'ing someone? When did the 'Heathcliff' in you invoke a desire to pursue your 'Catherine Earnshaw'?

I'm in the process of woo'ing. So far so good. She's very young and impressionable but, alas, she's a pain in the royal arse as well. I suppose I'm irrevocably drawn to that.

I put a sheet over my head and hid in a wardrobe then leapt out shouting 'whoooooo'.

It didn't end well.

I think I seduced someone once I can remember how because I look back and considering she was absolutely bloody sexy as hell… but somehow I was with a girl of my dreams.

I think the best woo isn't a verbal compliment, it's the gift of time.

My love language is acts of service so if I really like someone, Doing little things for them comes a lot more naturally than being verbal about how I feel. so I’d agree

I've since had to change my 'savoir faire'.

You soppy sod, ex-husband.

I don't think I've ever been woo'd. Nor woo'd. It's more an accidental happening that gradually becomes begrudgingly the norm. Like if Pip had worn down Estella enough that a tiny piece of heart thawed and thought ah fuck it, might as well give the poor twonk a chance.
