Broadcasters have raised awareness of rogue landlords asking for sex to keep rents low and of renter's offering landlords sex in exchange for low rent.

Is this true or media hype. Any fabbers experienced this ?

This isn't a new thing and the BBC did an investigation into this about 4 years ago. I've seen several threads over the years about this very issue.
