I do get it, I find mine is due to a lower back issue and sciatic problems. It seems to be worse based upon how I sit or lie. The only way of easing that works is either lower back massage, or nerve flossing exercises (Google it) help. Good luck OP ... you have my sympathy |

Apparently lime and soda water before bed helps I've heard from other people I can't stand lime or soda water so never tried it myself
Weighted blankets help loads and are a lot more comfortable than they sound
If you are having unmanageable symptoms from it or all day as well as night
Or twitches in your arms as well as legs talk to your doctor and they can give you medication that really helps its the same medication used to treat parkinsons disease I was on it for a few years when I had really bad symptoms..some doctors have to be pushed to prescribe it than others as some doctors don't understand how bad it can be x |

Certain antidepressants make it worse, I'm looking at you sertraline. The other most common cause is, apparently, low magnesium. I found a vibrating baby soother pad helped mine until I stopped taking sertraline. I rarely get it now. |
