Where the flamboyance of flamingos live |
I’m currently covered in some liposuction fluid and wrapped tightly in bandages! All in pursuit of looking a few inches slimming this evening . Lying flat and have to leave this in for half hour!
What crazy things have you done for vanity purposes? |

I don’t think i’ve gone to such lengths; i tried wearing a compression vest once (male equivalent of spanx shapewear) but that was many years ago. I generally am of the mindset that people get the body i have at the time.
And that’s not to judge anyone that goes above and beyond. Vanity gets the best of us all at some point. As long as it has the desired effect and you feel good in the moment. |

I'd be too lazy to wrap myself up in hopes of being slightly slimmer. Does it actually work??
Lately I'm really into using the gua sha on my face. I think it helps with circulation and looking younger and all that jazz. Could just be me, but I'll keep going |

"Had my upper lip threaded. Agony!
What is that?"
The beautician used threads of cotton held between their teeth and manipulated with their hands to pull individual hairs out of eyebrows or upper lip. Eyebrow threading is fine, upper lip is agony. |

Having a row of tight stitches inside your upper lip to make your smile a little bigger."
You're referring to a thread lift, this was hair removal threading |

I bought a new T herringbone blazer in order to woo ·Mrs Nicecouple56·. Unfortunately she is sartorially myopic. Damn temptress."
My lip hair would only get snagged on the herringbone |

No invasive cosmetic surgery is pleasant.
A thread lift isn't exactly as you described but close enough |

It's a T Herringbone. It's a sharp cut, just like my tongue, and you've already burst my balloon of hope. |
