Some twat the other morning nearly got splattered on one of those.
Ive seen him a few times.
Riding along a duel carriageway 6:30 in the morning,full speed no lights wearing all black, massive headphones on clearly not taking any notice of the road, jumping lights.
Artic lorries blasting past him unable to see him until last minute.
It'll be some poor innocent who will suffer because of his ignorance and stupidity.
So in my opinion the person shouldn't get a penny. |
